After a review of your form, we will schedule a 30min complimentary call to better understand your travel style and create a road map for us to execute. We also review our process and our travel planning fees.

Now that we know your travel style and we agree that our planning services are exactly what you need, we will curate a custom itinerary that will include recommended accommodations, transportation, activities, tours, flights and so much more. We only work with the best travel partners around the world to ensure you receive the VIP treatment.

After we’ve collaboratively created your custom itinerary, we finalize and secure your travel arrangements. You will be advised of all cancellation policies, any and all country requirements, and when deposits / final payments are required. We are with you before, during and after your trip to help you navigate the travel landscape safely and with a peace of mind.
